For 9 years now, Universitas Indonesia have been sending teams annually to compete in the oldest, most prestigious Model United Nations conference in the world – the Harvard National Model United Nations. A showcase on the spirit of diplomacy, delegates must use their intellectual, speaking, negotiation, and communication skills to lead a collaboratively made resolution to critical global issues alongside delegates from more than 70 countries. The UI for HNMUN 2017 selection is a simple 3-step process.
1. CV Submission (7 March – 25 March 2016)

The form consists of 2 parts: CV & Short Research Essay
Save to PDF with title format “HNMUN_CV_[FullName]” (e.g. HNMUN_CV_AdryGracio)
Submit via email to becomelegends2017@gmail.com with subject “[Faculty]_[Batch]_[Full Name]” (e.g. FE_2013_Adry Gracio)
Submission begins Monday, 7 March and end Friday, 25 March (23.59)
2. Grand Simulation (16-17 April 2016)
Candidates who pass Phase 1 will proceed to simulate an actual HNMUN conference on the given dates. Once announced, candidates will be assigned countries to represent and topic(s) to be discussed during the simulation. Candidates will be given Study Guide as a basis of research and are expected to prepare their research. For applicants who have no prior MUN experience, we will provide MUN 101 session before the session starts.
3. The Interview (23-24 April 2015)
Candidates who pass Phase 2 will proceed to the interview sessions.

Candidates are to be aware that all dates for each phase of selections are fixed and final. If there are any delegates who are, under any circumstance, unable to attend any phase and/or abide any of our given deadlines, disqualification will be in order.
